Small rooms, everything is old, this place definately needs a refurbishment.

Excellent location for our purpose as close to Xpo building. Quiet at weekends as I feel that this is mainly a business hotel because it is in a business park. However this also means good quality. We were there for a dog show and they were very welcoming to the dog. We even got a free upgrade on arrival.

The hotel is in a very quiet area. The position, near the fair and the industrial area of Kennedypark, is convenient for business travelers who are visiting those premises. The restaurant in the hotel has a good quality
The rooms are a bit overpriced. The price of the wifi connection (10€/day) is definitely too expensive, considering that other cheaper hotels offer free wifi, and free wifi is available at the Kinepolis mall nearby.

Great location! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Bekaert. Plus, there are fairgrounds and shops nearby 👌.
